I think that you hit a particular bug in Frame 4 which we have seen before.
According to Frame Technologies, this particular error only occurs when
you have an eps graphic on the first page of your document. The fix
is to include a blank page at the start and continue from there.
If this is not the case with your bug, let me know and I'll try to do
something else...
