Problem still exists; I tried on oliver (version line as follows):
Athena Workstation (RSAIX) Version 7.7F Sat Sep 10 09:46:41 1994
Top line is duplicated and bottom line vanishes in X server after an
hft switch while the X server is running. Sorry it took so long but I
don't log in on RS/6000 model 320s all that often.
