The binaries in the Emacs19 locker include the minor-minor version
because they were built from a pre-release version, which does that.
(Admittedly, it's a pre-release for a major version that's older than
the current major version, but that's beside the point.) In this
case, the number (which is in the nineties) does not, in fact,
represent the number of times I built it, thank goodness.
