Thank you for reporting this problem with the Frame software. The zephyr
message was pointing you at the wrong file, namely the Frame 4.0 version of
the information document. The correct file to open on the DECstation is
/mit/frame/FrameInfo31.doc
The zephyr and this document will be fixed as of tomorrow morning.
