What SIPB should do:
At worst, keep the old xdvi binary around with a different name.
This is exactly what I did, early this morning. The sipb locker xdvi
will be named `xdvi-old' until bert returns, or until a TeX Clue drops
out of the sky (perhaps from a passing Sabena plane) and strikes me on
the head. :-)
The change was necessary to keep some users from losing when trying to
use olh.
Also, intrepid users might wish to try `xdvi.new', in the sipb locker,
and see how that works.
