System name: tla
Type and version:	KN01 7.7E (1 update(s) to same version)
Display type: PMAX-MFB

What were you trying to do?
reconfigure the lees.mit.edu cell since it switched subnets
	yesterday.

What's wrong:
	fs DOES NOT WORK
	specifically:
	1) fs listcells produces corrupt output:
tla:/mit/moiradev/decmipsbuild/clients/moira: fs listcells
Cell on hosts ROSEBUD.MIT.EDU RONALD-ANN.MIT.EDU.
Cell on hosts ORF.MIT.EDU PRILL.MIT.EDU MAEANDER.MIT.EDU CHIMERA.MIT.EDU.
Cell du on hosts DOT.MIT.EDU EROS.MIT.EDU AJAX.MIT.EDU.
Cell du on hosts ORCA.MIT.EDU GRACIE.MIT.EDU.
Cell du on hosts RONALD-ANN2.MIT.EDU ROSEBUD.MIT.EDU RONALD-ANN.MIT.EDU ROSEBUD2.MIT.EDU.
Cell du on hosts 18.85.0.109 kame.media.mit.edu toxicwaste.media.mit.edu.
Cell du on hosts EZRA.MIT.EDU.
Cell du on hosts LEES.MIT.EDU.
Cell du on hosts SEIKO.MIT.EDU CASIO.MIT.EDU TIMEX.MIT.EDU.
Cell du on hosts fishwrap.media.mit.edu.
Cell du on hosts eos03b.eos.ncsu.edu eos02b.eos.ncsu.edu eos05f.eos.ncsu.edu.
Cell du on hosts mary-chungs.aktis.com.
Cell du on hosts ethsibm2.ruf.uni-freiburg.de ethsibm1.ruf.uni-freiburg.de.
[...]

note that I tried to fs newcell sipb.mit.edu, so that may be why there
are two cells with rosebud and ronald-ann in them.

	2) fs newcell of an existing cell does not do anything. I
managed to fs newcell the lees cell with the 7.6 fs; it was also
producing less corrupt (but not perfect) output to fs listcells.

What should have happened:
fs newcell should have re-configured the cell, and fs
listcells should have reported the full cellname not just the last two
characters, when it bothered at all.

Note that fs seems to work on 7.7 suns, I didn't try the RS6000.
