What were you trying to do?
Trying to change the specialist on a ticket and all it did was beep. Tried
to change the status and it took even LONGER than usual and then another
ticket was displayed which said that I had changed the status on it twice.
Then I had the watch cursor for an really long time and then it exited with a
segmentation violation.
