When using the -f option, if the string "foo@mit.edu" is in the file,
blanche erroneously attempts to add the user "foo" to the list even if
"foo" is already on the list. For example, assuming "foo" and "bar"
are already members of the list "blat", and assuming the file
"blatlist" contains the lines "foo@mit.edu" and "bar@mit.edu":
athena% blanche -v blat -f blatlist
Warning: "STRING:foo@mit.edu" converted to "foo" because it is a local name.
Adding member foo
Warning: "STRING:bar@mit.edu" converted to "bar" because it is a local name.
Adding member bar
