TechMail-Win 1.0: get mail errors

Symptoms:
"check mail (F3)" reported 13 messages or so, but "get mail" resulted in only 4 messages, the
last of which contained only the following:

In the mailbox window, it's listed as "Bad Header, punted message."
Also, during the "get mail" process, the message/status line at the bottom was updated a few
times, then froze at <some stuff>..."5" for ~40s - 1min, and then continued with ...."4", ..."3", etc.
I didn't take note of the total size of the new messages. After the "get mail" command, there was
about 80K left on my HD.(The 4 messages I got were short.)
