Techmail for Windows 1.0 apparrently looks at the current directory for its helpfile, not the
directory it was started from. After working with some mail boxes I tried to pull up the help
file only to get Windows Help telling me the help file could not be loaded. When I tried to
manually load the help file from within the Help application I saw that it was looking in the
directory where my mailboxes are located, not the \net\mit directory where Techmail and its
associated files are at.
