If you do 'attach frame' and add /mit/framemaker/bin to your path, on
a Decstation, it will fail to start ("Couldn't initialize formatter").
If you then add /mit/framemaker/decmipsbin to the end of your path, it
will still fail to start. You must have /mit/framemaker/decmipsbin in
your path before /mit/framemaker/bin for it to work properly.
This should probably be fixed.
