When I resize (enlarge) a text widget that has a scrollbar, the
fraction of the scrollbar indicating the currently visible portion of
the text changes, but not to the correct size. Scrolling the text and
scrolling it back (e.g., click left then right without moving the
mouse) causes it to display the correct fraction.
