Sometimes clicking right-button in a scrollbar (in a program with
scrollbars on a text window) causes the text to scroll, then jump back
to where it was, as if a left-button click were being sent after the
right-button click. I have only seen this happen on the RT; it's not
incredibly common, but it happens often enough to be annoying. (This
is even with the recent (3 Oct) libraries from StaffTools.)
