The version for the RISC/6000, which I at some point want to have as the
standard is:
/source/athena/athena.etc/inetd
This also includes the per-service switching via access_on/off.
It is the BSD inetd, and is configurable as to where it looks for its .conf
file (this is so that I can run it from /etc/athena on the RISC/6000 in
parallel to the system version that support rpc service requests).
