When trying to activate the machine after a software load the error
'longjmp botch' is printed and activate fails. Actually Xqvss
is returning an error like 'cannot find or initialize any screens, ...
fatal error.' Actually, Xqvss can find the screen but it cannot find the
mouse device (/dev/smmouse). Before I discovered this I tried running
the machine through the 6.0C update but MAKEDEV failed to catch
this.
