What's wrong:
/usr/athena/lib/libacl.a has a reference to get_krbrlm() in it, which
makes it less that useful for non-kerberos applications.
What should have happened:
It should probably have a conditional compilation in the source to turn
on or off Kerberos assumptions.
Zephyr will be using a private copy, since for export it requires the
ability to turn off Kerberos.
