Hi! I was hoping that resetting print quotas would fix this, but it
doesn't seem that it did.
Several people who registered for accounts have not been added to the
print quota database, and thus are unable to print. I can't know if
it's every new user or what, since we only know about the people who
have complained.
The most recent case was the user "goodwin" who registered for his
account on August 25th but was not known to the print quota database
just now. I added him so that he would be able to print.
Does anyone know how to fix this so that people will get automatically
added? I'm not sure if it's a software problem or some kind of
operational problem.
