Hi! It seems that there's still a problem with register when people
are "enrolled/registerable". If someone tries to register when they're
in that state, it tells them that the username that they would like
(the one that they chose when they tried to register the first name)
is already in use. That actually is true, but since it is in use by
them it would be nice if it would let them just do something and set
up a full athena account.
We can register things for them, though, so this is not an urgent
problem.
