the man page for /etc/gettytab
does not document the ``rm'' entry.
using the force:
{ "rm", 0 }, /* remote terminal, ask for machine */
i.e. this is how the login-server works.
(a useful piece of operational information
worth a mention in the man page.)
also, a cursory look at the man page and
the source indicates that we are not in
synch in other ways, as well.
