There appears to be a problem with the new version of the doswrite
program for IBM 5.25 inch drives with 360 KB format. The disk was
formated on IBM PC with MS DOS, and in all tests the options -va were
used.

The program writes and reads, in any combination, without problems if
and only if done on IBM RT. But for some reason files written on IBM
RT are not readable in MS DOS, although we could still look at the
directory.

Some more tests follow. Write 5 files (in MS DOS) to a disk which was
formated in MS DOS 360 KB format. All files are readable through
dosread on IBM RT. Now overwrite 2 files with doswrite. All files
are still readable on IBM RT. The 2 files being overwritten, however,
are not readable any more in MS DOS. The remaining 3 files along with
the entire directory are still readable in MS DOS.

This problem did not exist in the past. Any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
