What were you trying to do?
I plotted data on a chart. The matlab graphic window appeared. After a while, I did not need it anymore, so I killed it. I acknoweledged the warning that it may not die gracefully. After a while, I tried to graph other data.
What's wrong:
Matlab was killed. All variables were lost.
What should have happened:
Matlab should have re-opened another graphics window.
