Hi! I saw the message you sent to bugs about a problem with lpquota.
If you could please send a message to "accounts@mit.edu" giving
information about when the problem with printing occurred, and which
printer it was that was down, we can work on making the appropriate
adjustments to your print usage. The more specific the information
that you're able to give, the better we'll be able to determine which
are the erroneous entries.
Also, just in case you didn't know -- the $24.00 is not an amount that
you would be billed in any case. That number is the amount of your
initial $120.00 allocation that you have used. You would only be
billed when your usage exceeded $120, and then would only be billed
for the excess amount.
I hope to hear from you soon so that we can get things straightened
out.
