Hello Reuven,
I'm sorry it took us so long to get back to you about this problem.
From What I've been able to tell it is a problem with finger on all
DECstations, not just the dialup servers. Therefore, I'm am
forwarding your bug-report to the bugs@athena.mit.edu mailing list.
