I found it. There's a bug in the moira server. You were demoing
moira for someone and modified your filesystem entry to put in a funny
comment. When you modified your filesystem, the moira server deleted
your quota. This was a change we put in at the time of the AFS
migration so that quotas would be handled properly when a filesystem
changed from NFS to AFS, but it turns out to do the wrong thing when a
filesystem changes from AFS to AFS (i.e. no real change).
I will get the server fixed shortly. The missing quotas can actually
be regenerated with a script I've got which compares the database with
what's in AFS.
