1) Xfig is a sipb program. Bug reports about it should be sent to
"bug-sipb", not to bugs.
2) As it happens, in this particular case, your bug report went to the
right place despite that, since the bug you are reporting is really
with the X server, not with xfig.
We are aware of the problem. The bug is fixed in a later release of
the RS/6000 X server by IBM, and will therefore be fixed on our
workstations when we upgrade to that release (possibly in February,
possibly next fall).
