I sent mail about this five minutes ago.
There's something odd going on. (I'm doing kinky things one shouldn't
be doing, but there's something odd nonetheless)
I've been messing with my ticketfiles. When I don't have tickets, I
can send zephyrs, and they're logged properly, but they're never sent
(and never actually fail; the system just goes into "waiting for
ack"). If I renew my tickets, I can zephyr again. This was a problem
several months ago, that I thought had been working recently.
