Actually, I was the one who insisted to Yak that he move the close
button to "the opposite side of the title bar" from any other controls. 
One of my UI pet peeves is having the "kill" and the "maximize" controls
within 5 pixels of each other.

Although I DO find myself looking for the close button on the right.  I
wonder if the minimize/maximize and the close buttons should swap
positions in the title bar.  (IE that close should be on the right, and
the other two buttons shold move to the top left of the title bar.)
