The problem is far worse than this; we don't have any supported way to
chang window managers, since the capplet that's supposed to do so
seems majorly broken. (Brad said we should cut it out entirely.)
And truth to tell, I doubt we'll be putting in any effort to support
alternative window managers anytime soon.
