It pretty much just requires a working build system for the locker
which looks like the Athena build system. If you can get the build
going from start to finish, I should be able to set up cron jobs on
the wash machines.
(Copying the result somewhere useful would require some PTS magic
which is probably easier to make happen in the dev cell than the
athena cell, but that part is optional.)
