I think it's a good idea to avoid repeating the mistakes of Dash.
I think the virtual locker idea may turn out to be very helpful.
But I think we need more people involved in thinking about it, so that
others in IS and customers of Athena don't end up hating it for no
better reason than that we missed some little thing, or that we
didn't give them an opportunity to comment.  THEREFORE:

Could someone, perhaps Beland, perhaps Tibbetts take what's been
published so far, and clean it up so that it could be sent to owls with
some introduction at the beginning that says, "In the course of working
on the
AUI prototype, we realized there was an opportunity to offer something
better than Dash to end users, and people who take care of lockers. 
Here is our current thinking.  How can we get wider review of this?"
