I agree with all of what Brad said:

	1.  We have to get ourselves out of the "This is the project to fix
everything that is wrong with the Athena user interface." or else we'll
never ship.

	2.  We should DEFINITELY have an initital Xterm.  But I have a
different reason:  It will minimize disruption to people who are already
used to doing stuff with keyboard commands.  Remember our criteria is
not only
to be good for new users, but to avoid pessimizing for old users.

	3. Pick a small number of required items and put them in shape to get
out the door.
