I think this will turn out to be harder than it looks:
* If a user prints a job with valid tickets but invalid
tokens, it will fail. Which is okay if it fails gracefully.
* If a job finishes after the user logs out, printers won't
get removed from the list.
* If a user prints to a printer name which is only valid on a
particular machine, that will confuse things.
