On Ubuntu precise, Perl scripts using importenv.pl issue a warning
similar to the following when run:
"Warning: importenv.pl will be removed in a future release..."
The message goes on to state that installing libperl4-corelibs-perl will
make the warning go away (which I've verified). So I think we should
install this package.
