As a twm user, I'd be quite upset if it weren't installed on Athena 10
machines.

I doubt the users with system:anyuser rl dotfiles are representative
on this issue.

In re Jon's comment, its not as if use of a non-gnome windowmanager
will hurt you if nautilus runs. Yes, it pops up a big window. But you
can just minimize it or whatever...
