The install-athena10.sh script used to be under RCS; I've given it a
home in the Subversion repository instead (in
debathena/scripts/installer). I didn't make any attempt to preserve
the RCS history; there isn't much of it and it's not important.
At the same time, I fixed the OpenAFS module selection for etch (I
stole the fix from install-debathena.sh) and fleshed out the installer
to give people a choice of the main metapackage and an option to
install debathena-debian-dev and/or debathena-cluster-software. The
script should now be as functional as it needs to be for the fall
release.
