For the record, this File::Temp issue also affects equivs-build, and
therefore the OpenAFS and meta builds.
I'm choosing to work around this with manual chmods in the build area,
since the affected directories don't pile up on a regular basis like
they do in the normal Debian package build area. I'll add a note to
NOTES.
