Ideally, I feel like `lpr -O PageSize=A4` or the equivalent GUIs should be
enough to satisfy someone who actually imported a stack of A4 paper and
wants to print on it. CUPS has a fairly extensive set of configuration
options that you can set for each print job. I haven’t actually tested
that yet (part of what I’m asking for is data; I’d like to know what
actually works and what doesn’t work, instead of just speculation).
