Mostly as an exercise in amusing myself, I decided to see how hard it
would be to internationalize libhesiod using libidn. Turns out it's not
very hard at all.

I started a branch of libhesiod at
git://github.com/ebroder/libhesiod.git - the upstream branch is what's
currently in Athena svn, and the master branch contains my patches.

2177ff59..1474302c is the interesting set of changes; the rest are some
cleanups and fixes to get libhesiod to build on OS X.

I'm...not actually sure whether I'm suggesting that we commit these yet,
but I think it would be hilarious to have Unicode lockers.
