Since Anders rearranged things so that our null instances can safely
write to the root website, I'd be happy giving you bits on it too.
As for live edits, at this point I think /beta is if anything more
exposed than the root website, because of the signs in the clusters.
I'm OK with making a change, then looking at it live; that's how we've
always worked before for changes smaller than your recent
reorganization of the whole thing.
