I'd love it if this happened on -cluster machines, too, but I had  
assumed it would be a hard sell.  The value of having an easy-to- 
document Athena prompt is tremendous.  And I suspect most users who  
care about their shell prompt have customized it anyway.

And yes, this should probably not happen for -workstation (managed) or  
lower.
