It's worth mentioning that if you use one of the mail clients we install 
locally and support on Debathena, like pine (alpine), mutt, or nmh, then 
they will work across upgrades with no effort on your part. None of us use 
movemail, and it's not currently in scope for the Debthena project, so 
you'll have to continue compiling it yourself and recompiling it if it 
breaks on upgrades.

If you let us know what you did to compile movemail, we can consider 
including it as part of the Debathena distribution.
