When I install debathena-standard, I expect it to configure Athena
services, and I'm fine with that. I /don't/ expect it to configure
non-Athena services, even services where you could draw a connection
from their functionality to Athena. So I consider it inappropriate of
-standard to configure either of those things for me; it destroys
Debathena's modularity
