I think lesstif2-dev is supposed to be a free software equivalent of
libmotif-dev, so you probably want to just replacing libmotif-dev with
lesstif2-dev in thirdparty-libraries, since it is likely better maintained
in Debian/Ubuntu than the non-free version.
