I have successfully extracted Karlyne's draft.
It was trivial. The disk loaded right into my SGI as a dos disk,
our V5.1 version of Frame Maker swallowed it right up.
It is in /mit/athena-backup/doc/admin/absys.ps
I changed the ABS home page to point to it (with the annotation that
the document is an incomplete draft.) If people think that was a mistake,
say so, and I'll comment out the link.
