I put my notes into /mit/athena-backup/alpha/doc/abs.notes. These
notes document most of the issues I've found so far. Each issue is
numbered and flagged regarding it's status. An issue that has been
resolved is included with its resolution as an example.
I chose to put the notes in alpha/doc/ since they were mostly about
bugs or other ongoing development that is expected to be evaluated as
the system evolves - thus relevant to the alpha version.
