Update to abs-overview

I made a few little changes to the abs-overview doc to reflect the
current thinking on crippled mode.

I left in reference to a Crippled Mode Specification document.
That document should probably contain:

The diagaram that shows how the crippled mode ui hooks in to the universe.

The specification of what is prompted for.

The format for the dump report, and the spec for the DB update utility
to read it in.

The description of the required operational procedures to enter and
leave Crippled Mode.

Various other stuff.

I'll start working on the spec right away.
