Here are the diffs on the requirements.
You might want to glance at them to confirm they say what you think I
said I was going to do.

Changed:
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
1) The system will no more seriously impact the operation of the
non-ABS servers than the existing backup system.
CRIPPLED MODE
2) The system shall be able to perform dumps of limited functionality
when the database or Master is offline through the use of a Crippled
Mode user interface client.
3) The Crippled mode dump command will permit accurate and up-to-date
dumps of a file server, file server partition, or a specific volume.
In the case of AFS file servers, there will be the option to select
dumping from either the read/write or clone volumes.
Requriements 3 and 4 are renumbered to 4 and 5 respectively.
Requirement 6 is renumbered to 7.
The new requirement 6 reads:
6) As part of the periodic ABS maintenance procedures, a report will
be generated correlating tape to volume and tape to partition.
This report will be used to help find the proper tape for a crippled
mode volume or partition restore.
NOTE: In cases where this report is outdated by volume migration or
addition, manual referral to crippled mode dump status reports or
the filesystem's own volume location database may be required.
