The version on prep.ai also calims to be last updated on this date.

To the best of my knowledge this is still our plan, at least in
theory.  On the other hand, we've dorpped this to some extent, and I
don't know what the code we already have looks like WRT these
guidelines.  Diane, do you have any comments on this?

I don't think we ever addressed this issue.  I don't have any great
inspiration either.  We could try to consider the coding guidelines
when we do the code review, although, I'm noot sure hoow well this
would work if people are still expecting to do a cleanup run through
the code after the review.  Anyone else got any bright ideas?
