I note from the athena-backup locker that the Coding Style Guide document
we fetched in October was last updated by GNU on 21 Sep 94.
Is there a newer release? Jonathon: can you check on this one?
Are we going to make any changes to the Guide? I recall that we decided to
use what makes sense, and leave alone anything that clearly doesn't... Is
that still our modus operandi?
In the end, who/how will we audit compliance between our code and the
Coding Style document?
