Last time this happened, I asked Jeff Schiller about it, and he said
there wasn't much we could do unless specific people were being
harrassed, and there was specific proof of this. "Specific proof" can
mean as much as you having to actually see someone type the message on
their workstation, because seeing an authentic message from somebody
on your screen doesn't prove that they sent it, only that somebody
logged in as them sent it.
I heard that someone was sending obnoxious messages posing as me. Has
anybody found out anything more about this?
